Join Robin McGuirt as she leads you in creating new projects including a pitcher, wine glasses, canisters and plates, all elevated from their circular state into something more!! Size of projects will depend on your experience at the wheel, no judgment just muddy experiential fun!! Required previous experience: 2 classes or more in wheel throwing at Create or the equivalent. This 6-week class meets on Mondays from 6-8:30 pm beginning on Monday, April 28th. We will not meet on Memorial Day and the last class will be on June 9th. Students will return the next week at the regular class time for pottery pick up and our own version of "Pottery Class Show and Tell"!! Students in this class are also invited to attend a 2 hour complimentary practice session on Saturday, May 17th for "Free Throw Saturday". Just sign up on the Weekly Class page! All clay, glazes and firings are included in the class fee. Students are encouraged to wear comfy old clothes. Due to the small class size, no refunds will be available one week prior to the first class or once the class has started. In the event the studio needs to cancel a class, a make up session will be offered, however, make up classes are not available for student absences. The care and keeping of our studio depends on each person doing their part to understand and follow all of the information in the Studio Handbook and the Studio Policies outlined on the website. Please take time to click on the "Studio Handbook and Studio Handbook" link on the webpage. You will be asked to sign the "Studio Agreement and Waiver" form at your first class.
